About Us
My Monthly Hero began with a problem that felt far too familiar.
Every month, life would slow down because of period pain. Plans got cancelled. Work became harder to focus on. Even simple things like getting out of bed, sitting comfortably, or going about the day could suddenly feel overwhelming. Like so many women, we were told to just “push through it,” rely on temporary fixes, or accept that discomfort was simply part of life.
But deep down, that never felt like a good enough answer.
We started looking for something better — something that was simple, comforting, effective, and easy to use in real life. We wanted relief that didn’t feel bulky, inconvenient, or old-fashioned. Something that could fit into modern routines and support women through the moments when they needed it most.
The search wasn’t easy.
We tried the usual options. Some worked only for a short time. Some were inconvenient to carry around. Others didn’t feel designed with real women’s everyday lives in mind. It was frustrating to see how common period discomfort was, yet how few thoughtful, practical solutions actually existed.
That frustration turned into a mission.
We realized this wasn’t just a personal problem — it was something shared by millions of women. So we set out to find a solution that combined comfort, convenience, and care in one product. We wanted something that could help women feel supported whether they were at home, at work, studying, traveling, or simply trying to get through the day with a little more ease.
That’s how My Monthly Hero was born.
We created this brand for every woman who has ever felt like her pain was dismissed, minimized, or overlooked. Our goal is simple: to offer products that bring real comfort and make those difficult days a little more manageable.
To us, this is about more than just a product. It’s about feeling understood. It’s about making self-care easier. And it’s about reminding women that they deserve comfort, support, and better solutions — every single month.
We started My Monthly Hero because we needed it ourselves. Today, we share it with others in the hope that it can make someone else’s monthly experience a little gentler, a little easier, and a lot more supported.
Because no one should have to just “deal with it” when better comfort is possible.
